"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

This is what the newspaper the Scotsman said
Gary Hooper’s proposed move to Norwich City could be set to collapse, after the Premier League side issued the SPL champions with a £4 million ultimatum.
The Canaries have reportedly told Celtic that they have until 5pm today to accept the bid for the club’s top scorer.
This sounds like Norwich are not prepared to pay more.

Hooper probably wanted to go Norwich, Premier league side and if he does well he might earn himself an England call up and get to play and the world cup... This will be very unlikely if he comes to us. He'd probably have to score 40 goals to even get Hodgsons attention."When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0
