  • Fernandes Tweet of the Day..

"Qpr fans lots of work going on some good players coming in. Some leaving. We have learnt. As I said culture is crucial. Work ethic and the right sort"

Might actually have learnt from previous couple of seasons then!. We can hope.

I personally wish he'd stop tweeting the same thing . We know he's working hard an trying to get players in but actions speak louder than words . Just for the record I'm very pro Fernandes

Never said he wasn't mate I think he's the best thing to happen to rangers for a long time . Just wish he'd lay off the twitter sometimes that's all as a lot of it just seems to be recycled info that's already been said before .

It is good that TF is talking about culture and work ethic.

Some say it was all the age of the players or their pay packets that was the sole problem. But Nelsen and Hill are 35 and two of the best performers last year, Remy is doubtless on a lot of money but he delivered like a champ, so age and pay packets dont explain it.

There was definitely something badly wrong with the culture of the team as a whole. Granero for example gets criticised, and I think there are better and cheaper players about and hope he is replaced, but he really cant be the player that delivered so little last year and tried even less. Something about 'the group' was wrong and it can be that just a few bad eggs can make a big stink. I think Harry is the man to clear out the bad and bring in the good.

                      Totally agree
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.

I think he uses twitter because supporters keep asking what is going on, why haven't we signed anybody etc.

For the sake of our club hope Harry can sort it out... I must admit even I've started to think twice about him being the right man for the job.

Who would be the "right" man for the job though myu? ....Players have to be moved out and brought in, until then nothing will change imo
