I think he's Norwich bound, although as it's been said they're not a stable premier league club yet. They have made some decent signings though but I think Norwich are always going to be happy to survive.
Now it's up to TF and Harry to show him the ambitious plans they have for QPR. A new training ground, stadium and most important progression to battle for a place in Europe (Top 7) in the years to come. Throw in a few quid extra than Norwich and the mantle of being the main striker to lead this club back to the Premier League and we have a good offer.
Saying all the above though I do believe he will end up at Carrow Road but it's not as clear cut as just thinking Norwich are Premier League and we're not!

But really the team needs changes to bring a massive improvement in attitude, and also some quality and proven leaders because the squad has too many of number 2s, ie players who might do ok if they had someone great alongside them holding their hand and wiping their nose and forming the spine of the team.
Which is probably why the club is linked with Dunne/Parker/Crouch as they are three players who could run the defence/midfield/attack and provide a strong spine to the side.
