I'm a big fan of the Honey Monster ;-) but I think its a huge risk, pay as you play only

I think they're introducing a seniors league next year.

Teams average age if we sign them 3 would be around 30! :-)

Exactly that V, if we do go down the route of these signings then it just shows there is still no long term planning going on.

He is desperate to play and came on for 20 minutes for the Republic of Ireland against Georgia in June (to the biggest cheer of the evening). If there is some sort of deal like pay as you play, I can't see any problem with that. Some of the players we have at the moment who are not injured, might as well be.

Hope so North a little bit of planning would be a novelty at rangers :-)

john budgy burrige is still playing part time somewhere. was a good keeper back in the 1800s. sign him up as cover for green.

we could have gone for the likes of tom lee's cb, or pope, or turner cbor scott dann cb, midfielders the likes of birdcott, philips, adomah, forrester, strikers like austin, la fondra, someone else but nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo we end up getting linked and will probably sign another bunch of over paid 30 somthings looking for one last fat contract to see them into retirement.
so much for fernandes buying "young hungry players" pffffffffffffffffffffffftttttttttttttttttttttttttt tttttttt

great signing and now we truely are a laughing stock.
well i will be pleasantly surprised if the club signs Parker, Crouch, Dunne, Livermore, and some others in the next few days and ships out as many of the expensive flops too to balance the wage bill. But I am not expecting it.

and if the players bought last summer had performed to even championship standard there would be no urgent need to buy anyone. but they didnt.

Not necessarily V as if they did all sign (not convinced they will) then I think you would get a year out of them in the prem so in all intents and purposes you already have your experience for the squad so what you go and do is what Norwich as an example did and go and get a bit of stardust to sprinkle around them

Yer they would make the good experienced part of the team...just need to go get the youngsters to play around them....but thats IF they got another year in them at prem level.

Well said mate. If be very pleased with this. Yes he's not 19 anymore but nor is Derry, Hill or was Nelsen all players who've served us fantastically.

Give the guy a chance is the fair thing to do. Who are we gonna get instead? A young star (millions) or a young up and coming with no experience. That position on the pitch absolutely demands experience & leadership as Tarbie said & Dunne has both.
