it was a quote i remember from harry in january - someone can dig it out i expect - he was asked about wages and said either the exact numbers i said or something very close. maybe spurs subbed townsends wages a bit i dont know - but the numbers were around that - lot less than £65k a week each anyway

You talk like you know all the players contract details and what their salaries are. Listen to Neil Warnocks words regarding player acquisitions under him. We spent £3 million in fees on players. Yeah we do have some dross in the squad but they'll be shifted and its likely 4 or 5 will come in otherwise Harry wouldn't hang around.

You also talk about all the what if's and constantly have this vendetta against Tony and his other backers as if you want them out or to fail. Well, what if Tony is a man of his word? He's trying to build us from the floor up e.g training ground, academy, new stadium... Does that all sound like noise from a man who don't know what he's doing or someone who's trying to make a quick buck? He knows he fudged up with player acquisitions because he put his trust in so called football people who gave him terrible advice. He held his hands up, has taken it on the chin and said he won't get taken for a ride again and that it will make us stronger. I mean I wouldn't trust a man, sorry accountant who's turned a 25 cent business into a 3 billion dollar company. Clearly he hasn't got a clue how to run a business. It sounds like he's only interested in QPR so he can turn us into another O2 music venue.

Companies also report massive losses as a means of tax avoidance, that's not rocket science. Do you really think TF is the man he is or has got to where he is today because he knows nothing? You're more than entitled to your own views but its now starting to look like you're on a smear campaign against the board. Seems like your trying to impose your views on others and this is starting to get laughable now IMO.

Lol hold on ....Are you a professional footballer? then what right have you got to criticize any players in the squad! that argument doesnt really work does it Richard? I am just a fan of the club that has gone backward and had 2 humiliating seasons, the first 2 saeasons under Fernandes control coincidentally. Same as you i have an opinion, not the same opinion but still one that concerns me and if you dont like it....tough. I am in a minority in not trusting Uncle Tony but the dissent among fans is growing and people will really start to worry unless Fernandes shows he has learnt by his mistakes.

I respect the fact you have an opinion, but really, the TF-bashing is an obsession. There are three others who own the club. Do you think they'd let TF run amok at the club with their money and their reputations on the line too?

I cannot believe Mr Mittal and Amit would allow TF to squander their investment in the club and rack up massive debts if there wasn't a plan in place.

Did the finances show what money we were due at the end of the season from the PL....no, did it show the full accounts of all our sponsorships.....no,did it show revenue from overseas rights....no,it only showed what we had invested and yes on paper it des not look good but you may as well wipe your ar*e with it coz its false reading and as I said before,probably helped with getting the loan we requested.

Seems like V'Block is getting people sucked into to his propaganda vent against the board. I'm off to count sheep as its far more interesting than biting to his bait.

The fact is, loads of companies report major losses as a way of avoiding big tax bills. I'm pretty sure TF, as a successful accountant, will know how to do this. Look at companies like Apple and Google. They do it all the time yet are hugely successful.

In 5-10 years, once the academy and training ground is built and the new stadium is taking shape, even Vblock will be hailing TF's sound handling of the club

But the worry is mate that we as a football club can no longer pay our own way if these backers decide to walk away from their hobby. We have poor players contracted on massive wages that we havent a hope of sustaining without the numptys pumping millions into us. Due to huge mistakes and gross mis management we have spent millions and are spending millions on wages...and have got nowhere. In fact we have gone backward. Now we have to hope and pray that we can turn it all around befor FFP comes into force which is why i guess that Fernandes is hoping for an instant promotion. However, some people have total faith that they can do this, some have a few fears and some cynical *******s like me look at the last 2 seasons since Fernandes took over and wonder what the **** is this plum's business plan. If you have faith in Fernandes then fair enough but i dont trust the ****.

@tonyfernandes: Tomorrow full day at QPR (Lie 1 - he knows Tony was there for only 4 hours, that is not a full day). Training ground (Lie 2 - it's still not built yet). New Stadium (Lie 3 a well, where is it). Players in (Lie 4 - no one came in). Players out (Lie 5 - no one left). exeter (Lie 6 - they are actually Exeter with a capital E). Do you think he is the ex-sports reporter for the Old Evening Standard from a few years back. His press is almost as bad as there's was back in the day! Seriously, how many football chairman fly supporters to football matches and do some of the things Tony has done. We just don't realise how lucky we are to have the people we have involved with our club right at the top. On that note Ill get my coat!

Hope so...btw has a shovel actually hit the ground yet in anything that TF has "prophesied" in one of his tweets? Good point about the Mittals not letting Tony completely **** up when their reputation is on the line too. Just wish one of the other backers would take the chair and let Tony step down as he said he would do if he failed.

I think Vblock doesn't understand that there's four shareholders and all of them have an input into the running of the club. I don't for one moment think that three of them would allow TF to do anything foolish without reigning him in.

If TF is questionable, then so are the other three. I'm pretty sure we're not run as a dictatorship which would mean that all four shareholders are working in harmony.

Lol nah nothing in that tweet that you can criticize TF for.......except maybe that for a Chairman he doesnt seem to be in this country much at the moment during an important pre season. Seems to have a lot going on elsewhere. Still as long as he gives out a few tickets and pays for a few fares some will be happy enough. He seems like a generous guy tbh.
