A lesson for anyone who just dismisses depression and sees it as an excuse - phrases like pull yourself together etc. Bernstein made himself look stupid - coming across like a politician rather than really understanding what the fa are doing to combat the illness
I have so much respect for Clarke - I hope that those who watched it also agree

It was a true thing of bravery from CC to make that program it was something ive been taking real interest in as a sufferer of mental illness myself. i remember a tweet from stan collymore not too long ago that asked would you rather be skint but happy forever or a billionaire but sad forever. the amount of ignorant people who replied 'how can you be depressed with a billion in the bank?' was embarrassing, surprised to see there is still a large amount of people who think money is everything.
those kids trying to break into a football club at the beginning though they need a good slapi supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front
