HARRY Redknapp maintains there is still plenty of time for transfer activity to ‘warm up’ as QPR’s pre-season preparations stepped up another notch this week.

Rangers travelled to Devon on Saturday following their recent return to training, with defender Danny Simpson the sole addition to Redknapp's squad so far this summer.

Redknapp has identified the need for several more signings through the door at Loftus Road, but insists he won't be unduly rushed as the R’s boss works tirelessly behind the scenes to bolster his side for the Championship challenge ahead.

Looks like Harry rates him highly and may give him pre-season chance, but I think Ben Haim will be used as a back-up If he resigns.
