Cesar's loan move to Napoli
It sounds like Julio is on the verge of joining Napoli on loan for a season, which suggests to me that we want him back if we were to bounce straight back up.
I can't see Napoli wanting to sign him on a permanent basis as they just signed a young Brazilian keeper, who has already played for the national team, the other day

Villarreal now enter race: http://www.football-italia.net/36422...-napoli-cesar?
I can't remember the last time a QPR player was wanted by so many clubs.

Having thought about it id like a loan. Would be a good fee & we have a good chance of having a World Cup winner QPR playerUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
