Interesting to see how it compares to the pre-season when we won the Championship. Came across this that was posted up to YouTube not long ago:

"Queens Park Rangers FC asked us (Adhoc Films - a la 4 year plan) to produce a montage of their 2010-2011 Pre-season training to show the players ahead of their first game of the season, in order to inspire them by showing them their Summer's hard work. They went unbeaten in their first 19 games and steamrolled their way to winning the Championship that season.

Pre-season training

Just watched the vid of behind the scenes of training put up today.
Harry & his team are working them hard, they are knackered, even putting on boxing gloves and punching gloves on the trainers hands.
What I don't understand is how AJ hasn't broken down yet. Onhuoa reckons it been well tough and they haven't seen a ball.
Derry has said that he thought some pre-seasons haven't been sufficient and this is an old style one and he's loving it
