I think we missed him massively last season and he's just what we need for the Championship. Most teams would revel in having the bad boy of football. Was glad to see that he's been given a squad number, so you never know.

So you're saying that we want him out more than he wants to go to Marseille or Marseille want him?

I think he needs to understand that if he wants to leave and go to Marseille, it is up to him. I don't think Marseille are bothered either way. They only want him if he accepts the conditions they laid down. We are prepared to allow him to go to Marseille but are not prepared to pay for him to go.

So as everybody keeps saying it is up to him. He can continue to get the salary he is getting at QPR but will have to stay and play in the Championship (with Karl Henry), or he can go to Marseille and accept less money. I don't get the impression than either club is going to change their stance on this matter.

                        Stop pouting ffs

He's obviously not rubbish, but he is also not our best midfielder, even before he got the ban.

He is exactly what we need. I agree he is a bit of a liability at times, but still think we have no one better as an all round combative midfielder. And no pouting going on, maybe a bit of head shaking.

Our Joey is going to have a serious headache now that his nemesis Karl Henry has turned up and uncle Tony wont play ball anymore. Nasty little scouse scu mbag will soon **** off when he is asked to sit on the bench. cant understand the sentiment towards him, possibly the worst signing we have ever made and the biggest self serving mercenary we have in the english game. Ask fans of Newcastle or Man city they knew what he was about.

Newcastle fans loved him! Spoke to Pardew about him a couple of years ago and he never wanted him to go. Down to Ashley as, unfortunately, Joey never knows when to stay quiet. Hopefully his year in France may have mellowed him.
