Like to put up a video of win against Southampton. Their goal was scored off a rebound from some dodgy Cesar handling and Rob Green made a fantastic save at the end of the game to seal the 3 points.

Come the world cup it will be different and I am not sure Cesar will figure.
We were very excited when he came to QPR, but I like others on this forum don't think he lived up to expectations. Green came and he had a horrendous start. However he did not let this discourage him, he kept at it, even when Cesar came in and by the end of the season I believe he did better than Cesar. This is the type of player we want to keep at the club. We are not going to keep 2 first class goalkeepers and there is little chance that Cesar would be fit enough to start every game in the Championship.
As somebody else has already stated this thread has little point to it because Cesar is not going to be with us in the Championship. I am not too upset about this and think Green will do just as good or a better job.
Fact is Fact he is the best

This isn't an easy debate because Cesar is clearly a very talented keeper. Matty has given the best comments to date but I can't be bothered to go back and quote it. Bon, I just wonder how much of the Championship you have seen and what you know about it. It is about as similar to the Premier league as chalk is to cheese. A long hard slog of a season where you play Saturday, Tuesday (or Wednesday) week in week out - some really poor playing surfaces and a much more physical game. A lot of big lumps for strikers and high balls into the box. Finally, very few teams pass the ball out from the back and look to their keeper to drop bombs into enemy territory.
Cesar has fitness issues, doesn't cope well with the high ball and can barely clear half way with a goal kick. He will not be 100% fit to play Millwall at home on a cold December Saturday and then trip up the M1 for a snow bound game at Middlesboro on the following Tuesday.
It's not all about being a showpiece keeper and Rob Green (who has been there and done it in the Championship) is actually a better keeper than Cesar for what's ahead. ATAF#standuptocancer

Was best in the world a few years back but the car crash he was involved in (genuine one not QPR last season) seemed to impact on his performances, as you would expect.
Was speaking with an Inter fan when we signed him and he told me he just wasnt the same in his last season there.

Green however is very fit and has a good performance record (hope that doesn't give him a commentators curse for injuries this season)#standuptocancer

Bon regardless of the argument of who is better, we should sell Cesar because of his wage and the opportunuty of bringing good money to the club after his performance the Confederaions cup . Agree Cesar is a top keeper and the fact we have got relegated justifies our intention to sell him and he wants to move anyway to keep his seat with Brazil. As for Green, he is sensible for the Championship.QPR fan since1987
