I like the way you picked up on one of my points, which I accept you may have a point about. What about the other 90% of my post lol
ok..agree with last bit about him being thrown into a team full of d1ckheads. If we havent seen a fit Samba yet then lets see how he does next season. Decent Championship player anyway just on obscene money for his ability.

1 good season with Blackburn and you think he is top drawer? Even remember some gushing on here about him being one of the top 5 CB's in the world! So we should have no problem selling him for £12 million then? Dawson was valued about the same and is 3 times the defender that Samba is but unfortunately for us was not motivated by money enough to come and play for a bottom 3 team last season. Only managed 8 appearances for us last season and how many did this top CB stand out in? People saying the big lump is unfit and takes more than 3 months to get fit so lets see how he does next season. I actually think he is a good Championship player but being a £12 million valuedPremiership class player in your eyes he should win player of the season...guess we will see but best case scenario in my eyes is we find some other mugs to pay £12 million for him and we go out and buy 3 defenders of equal standard.
Mike Rigg came out and said we wouldnt match Dawsons wage demands which is why he didnt come. He certainly is money motivated!
Totally agree. We finished bottom of the league for a reason. In a perfect world i would keep Remy, Cesar, Ned, Green, Hill, Derry, Mackie, Hoilett and Barton (if motivated), Faurlin and Adel and get rid of the rest of the wasters. Even out of the ones i have listed i believe only 4 or 5 are good enough for the premiership. We have gone backwards not forwards in the last couple of seasons and now find ourselves weighed down with debt and a squad full of rubbish. Huge mistakes have been made that will ultimately cost us millions...but its alright cos we got a rich owner
fair enough and broadly agree too I would keep jenas and samba and take out cesar & adel.
also the delivery to samba was all but non existent and on average adel was a cause of that by going for some youtube type 1 in a million goal chance rather than feed team mates Samba included (back on topic). Samba dont need swerve, power, dip, pace, spin or any of that ****. Just loop the ball to within 6 feet of his head - that is it nothing else, he will win 30%-60% of em and the team will get several good goal chances per game as a result. what i saw he did well when the delivery was ok, but that was all too rare.

**** me so Samba was the cheaper option!? god help football when players such as Samba are bought for £12 million and on huge wages for a player of his ability. Never mind i suppose we should feel positive about the last couple of seasons really..relegated, millions in debt and reliant on Tone with a squad full of pony players BUT we had a plane and the worlds first 3D programme

takes the geezer 25 minutes to turn around in the dressing room at half time. On top of that his distribution is poor and he looks terrified when in possesion. Just saying if get offered decent money then sell him and buy a couple of equally good defenders.
Which couple of 'equally good defenders' do you have in mind?
You criticise Samba but then call him a good defender because you want to replace him with defenders equally as good.
Your post makes absolutely no sense at all.....
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I criticize Samba as not being good enough for the prem and i criticize the board for paying ludicrous money for him. Samba is a decent enough player for the Championship but if we have the option of getting our £12 million quid back (need to find a club with mugs on the board like ours) then take it and buy 2 or 3 EQUALLY as good players with it. If nobody wants to pay £12 million or so for him (and who would?) then he is worth keeping as a decent enough Championship player just on obscenely high wages for his ability. Keep up Richard its not rocket science and you with all your FA badges and stuff...

Ok, the board stumped up the cash, but wouldn't HR have made the decision that he wanted Samba, or are you calling into question the manager's judgement? He thought Samba was good enough for the EPL but you don't. I think Harry's opinion carries far more weight than yours.
Isn't it about time you stopped knocking the owners, the players and the manager, and started supporting the club for a change?

Agree with the jist of what you just said but we had been after Samba a long time before H joined the club leaving me not convinced he was totally Hs 1st choice

I dont think Samba was Harry's target i think it was Fernandes and the board sticking their oar in again. Just an opinion.

Will always support the club till i am dead and buried. Literally hate a lot of the twunts we have in the dressing room at the moment and i think Fernandes has been a total clown since he took charge but i will still be supporting the club when all them are gone.

Ok, so you THINK it was Fernandes' and the board's decision to buy Samba and not Harry's. Any shred of evidence to support your opinion? Not asking for concrete facts necessarily, just something to substantiate your view. I'm sure if there is any kind of evidence then we can all share your frustration with the chairman and the board.
Cheers.

We was after Samba in the previous window so already had some contact with him....or do you think Harry brought Samba's name up first? Could be either and i guess we will never know. We can only have opinions and looking at the complete failure Fernandes has made since he took over and all his other mistakes i am not inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Well I for one think your'e bing very harsh on TF , he is new to football ownership made mistakes been naive and been over ambitious yes but he wanted whats best for QPR , to say he's been a cant is ungratful and disrespectful , he knows better than anybody hughs and co made a mug of him but he diserves the chance learn and I think wil learn if he listens to HR
