  • Ricardo Quaresma

@TransferSpoiler I've been told QPR have offered former Portugal & Inter winger Ricardo Quaresma the chance to join the club for pre season training.

Could be rubbish but I don't know why I remembered Blackburn's failure last season when they brough 5 portuguese players. I hope we do not make the same mistake bringing many players unknown in the English game.

decent player. done the rounds a bit but more significant for any signing is attitude.
Going by his track record Harry brings in players with good attitudes to their work.
IF he wants Quaresma, or any player come to that, I hope he gets him.

Quaresma is no unknown mate. Been about abit, played for Barcelona & Inter among other clubs.

Promised massively & looked to be a future world beater at a young age but never really lived upto the hype.

Remember him radomly going on loan to Chelski few years back and barely getting a game.

Seeing as it's come from Twitter I'm pretty sure it's rubbish anyway, but can't see a problem having him train to keep fit - experienced fella like him could teach some of our lot a thing or 2 I am sure.

Well what I found interesting about his last 2 clubs:

        2010-2012 Beşiktaş: 48 appearances, 8 goals
2013-Now Al Ahly Dubai: 8 appearances, 1 goal

How does it sound for a striker?

          Don't think he is a striker mate - he's a creative midfielder.

Some sites say he is striker and others say he is winger!

Inside forward I believe is the technical term
i supported qpr in the glory days when chris kiwomya and michael ngonge played up front

definately not a striker. Was a winger when he was younger, not seen him for years though

I'm pretty certain he is a winger m8. remember a lot of matches from his inter days where he tended to pull off a lot of skills

Was definitely a winger, I remember he used to specialist in ridiculous outside of the ball curling shots

One of the most naturally gifted players to ever play the game. Similar to Denilson and Adel though will never play where their talent should get them. But not in a million years will Quaresma sign for QPR.

If he is as good as people suggest I hope the "Harry Redknapp - factor" can convince him to give us a chance?

Was quality on Pro Evo back in the day.....

Surely not even 20% of the player now though?

                              No chance.

Remember he scored a banger for porto in the champs league a few years back. He's a winger not a striker
