With swp apparently off to palace and hoilett pony, with no Townsend to do damage, who have we got to play wide next year? Apart from mackie, who can't cross a ball to save his life
And who could we realistically get in?

      End of discussion then?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

              Gordon Hill.

On a more serious note; The one who is about to ruin his career at Man. City. Name escapes me, but he came from Swanseabefore last season.
The best player in the Norwegian top league; Barrantes is his name. He would be perfect, believe me!

i love watching wingers play and it is still a very effective tactic but tbh even if the club got Townsend and another top drawer one in to replace toilet and swp theyd have no one to supply as Remy will probably go. hes too good for the championship, but yes the right strikers + wingers combo would be effective and exciting. Then again just watching a game where the 11 players were not taking the pi$$ would be an improvement eh

To point out the obvious, Park should be played on the wing, as it is his natural position.

Park used to compete for position against the likes of Ronaldo, Giggs, Nani and Valencia. These players all had more natural talent than Park, but Park's effectiveness, consistency and ability to perform in big games often earned him a starting spot on the wing at Manchester United.

Granted, Park is older now and his workrate is not what it used to be. However, with Remy and Townsend (and probably Taarabt) no longer available, Park would be an obvious choice, then there are Hoilett and Mackie. Sounds bad, but then look at the competition--we are not in the PL this season, it should be enough.

I'd rather see the ponce off the wage list I'm sure we could get a younger better work rate for far less dosh out of the lower leagues maybe not quite as good , but give me a trier over a fat ponce anyday
