    It's the deadwood clearing that will be the hardest. We could find ourselves in a difficult position both financially and in the table if there are too many unhappy, overpaid players in the squad.

    As I have said many times before, running a football club will take time to learn for Fernandes and Beard - but financially they're both top class in the business. On that matter I am not too worried, we only need to find clubs who are willing to sign the bunch of ***** we've ended up with
