  • How much is HQ worth?

Looking at a local rag at the weekend, 4 bed/2kitchen with 2 more further bedrooms, terraced house on loftus rd, with a bit of work needed on the market for £1.1m. So taking this into consideration how much would uncle get if he wanted to flog HQ? Hopefully there might be some "homes under the hammer" experts on the forum who would be able to value HQ? My guess £150m.

Big fat zero, Hammersmith & Fulham have the site designated for sporting activity.

Would reconsider if replaced with another sports facility within the Borough.

Or you could have a lengthy planning/legal battle over designation

Well that's ****-up uncle plans then, or is there a swap on the cards?

It's a shame there's no room to expand loftus rd.

Well considering that the houses on loftus & ell rd may cost 1m each (maybe a bit more to buy them out) and I would say that there are about 50 houses in total that back on to the stadium, it could be a go'er?

Although i can see a situation where we build in old oak common and chelsea buy up the linford Christie stadium with part of wormwood scrubs, and build a stadium there.I hope not but its a possibility due to the lack of land in god's country(west london),and will be similar to the merseyside clubs who play across the park from each other.

Developers usually pay 30-40% of the Sales value of completed units. So depending on how many apartments went on there at the selling price x say 35% would be it's approximate value but it would all depend on planning permission to have that value.

Lets hope there's not a ground share on the cards. On TS a few months age Hawksbee and Jacobs were talking about other clubs ground sharing and PH said to AJ (scum supporter) about the scum sharing with the other team in sw6 to which AJ replied he could see that working & that he would not have a problem with that, PH then said that they could share with us to which AJ said "No Thanks not them", I'm sure he would have said more if the programme was on at a different time.

Don't think we'll share with them, but playing across the park from them...I unfortunately can see happening.
