Good then. imo we cannot gamble on players who have not played in the Championship or at least League1 or League2. Nick ward was a failure and no point of repeating the same mistake.

Sadly enough, I´m not sure we can rule out any options given our reputation as a club. On the other hand this player might turn out to be a gem..

Slightly different proposition to be fair!

Nick Ward was a young player with potential who had only played a couple of seasons at domestic level. Mark Milligan is a proven international who has drawn interest from a number of Premier League clubs. I'm not saying he is definitely worth signing, to be honest I haven't seen him play but I don't think you can make sweeping generalisations of the Australian league based on Nick Ward.

I just watched the Aussies against Iraq, Milligan played OK in my opinion. I can see why we are after him apperently, but He looked a bit off the pace against quick players. His vision and passes were quite good though.

Not sure wheter he fits the championship or not, but luckily enough I´m not the gaffer

Do you think he might have been recommended by Nelsen who still has connections with the Club.

Hmm, I´m not sure, Jane Melanie... Anyway, he must be quite good when he holds a place in the team on the expence of his fellow countryman from Crystal Palace. I can´t remember his name ATM.
QPR watched him play today, I think.
