Pro's and con's...harry??

PRO'S.
been there-done it before.
whole summer to get his players in.
after a season he should know what is required to move forward for our club(including positive media!!!)
has a reputation for man management skills.

CONS.
needs money to achieve.
lack of coaching skills.
too media driven about himself.
history for having teams that are over paid for there price??
