It continues to be a mystery to me, especially considering all the rhetoric of late regarding 'we need players who want to play for QPR', why DJ Campbell continues to be overlooked by recent managers @ QPR.
This article by Sean Smith is on track with my thinking:
DJ did well @ Ipswich last year. He had previously done well in the Prem with Blackpool - surely with the commitemnt he has for the R's, he'd be worth hanging on to in the Championship, especially considering our current options. It's not making sense to me why we are letting him go ahead of securing other, 'better' options.
Clearly Hughes and now Redknapp don't like the guy and see things we (or I) don't. I think it's a genuine shame he's not given more of a chance this coming season.
Thoughts?
