Said it many times already. Redknapp inherited someone else's squad yes but unlike Lambert who was working relatively with kids & very inexperienced youngsters Redknapp had very experienced accomplished players to work with & still didn't do a thing for us. Initially sorted out our defensive lapses & as I've also mentioned before a lot of our downfall was due to individual mistakes but none the less I didn't see much of this amazing Redknapp man management.

For me I want him to stay if only for stability but on the whole for me he had long enough to turn things around & failed.

There is only one way to turn around a troubled split dressing room and that is to get the disruptive elements out which is hard to do when they are under contract and ****** impossible during the closed window mid season

There are some players in our squad hat we MUST get rid of if we are to have any chance of having a decent season

Yep, for me we need to deal with those on loan first. Barton Cisse and Ferdinand for a start.

Then Bosingwa M'bia Granero Park SWP. Cesar will be going of his own accord. Perhaps even Taarabt and Traore. They think they're too good for the championship anyway.

I want to see hard grafters with the right attitude and ability. I hope HR has a few lined up.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Dead right and then we can judge and abuse HR if it goes t/ts up

Which is all he is asking for. I know the board have been shafted by Joorabchian/Rigg and Hughes but they are going to have to trust Harry or fire him, there is no in between. Bearing in mind Bridge went to Reading on a 1 year deal surely we weren't going to have to offer a 4 year deal either, so as long as the contract for older experienced players is 2 years tops & wages are not prem level, let him identify and bring in the players he wants.
Hopefully he'll target younger players too because you need a mix of both

Agreed except sometimes some players just aint gonna happen so either they are replaced or you keep banging your head against the wall and getting the same outcome.
The players he brought in January did well - worked hard with the right attitude - out of the ones he inherited there are few who did that.

Harry failed to meet his objective. That means he failed. End of story.

That Patrick Collins and his collegue Martin Samuels seem to have it in for us, Warnock, Barton, Harry and Tony Fernandes have come in for some spiteful journalism from these two
I must away now, I can no longer tarry

Yep this is true. But now his objective is to gain promotion.

I dunno mate. Samba was the biggest most expensive flop ever in a QPR shirt. Had much more bad games than average ones. But at the same time me & many many others were dying to see him in the hoops. Just wasn't to be.
