Rednapp has been managing for very nearly 30 years and around 1200 games and has won one trophy.

His biggest strength is his ability to manipulate the media and therefore the public, a little bit like the illusionists that pretend they can disappear. You know it's not true but there is always someone who will believe it. Very similar to those that believe Rednapp is a good manager, look at the facts don't believe the hype or what you want to believe.

One thing we dont want is a merry go round of personal at our club. If Harry is gonna be our gaffa lets back him and see what he does after a full pre and season.
One thing is for sure is we need to lock out the media and quietly get on with it.

Makes pretty grim reading that. But facts are facts!

Fernandes has every right to scrutinise transfer dealings after giving two managers full reign in transfer dealings since he has been at the club.

If droopy face thinks he needs to spunk millions getting us up then maybe he Should look at our promotion season when Warnock spent only 3 million.

Never liked the man, most over rated manager in the game, let him go and get Zola in!

Why did we need Wayne bridge anyway we have 3 left backs at the club, what about the young Korean lad?!?

Facts aren't really facts because he has won a couple of league titles and a couple of cup comps, so the facts are he has won 4 titles in total.

The main concern I have is that his win ratio has been pretty decent at most clubs yet at QPR his win ratio is 17%, if that's not a sackable statistic I don't know what is?! He needed to bring in more than 1 striker yet he wasted all his funds on a very average centre half so imo he has made big mistakes. Hughes is clearly no1 idiot in all this but Harry is nowhere near the manager the press hype him up to be and that's very much a fact!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Starting to come to your way of thinking. Been less then impressed nor inspired by Rednapp

So you think all the signings were down to Hughes too then, and not buying into this "Fernandes is to blame" for our current players?...

The two Korean lads were Fernandes signings , Hughes had final say same with Redknapp. Fernandes is to blame for allowing these signings to take place. Too many French Africans and too may past it PL players in high wages.

Fernandes can only take some responsibility it's not his job to get players to perform.

My guess is that when Hughes joined, the board asked him what he needed to establish QPR in the EPL. Hughes said he needed to rebuild the squad as it wasn't capable of staying in the division. He was granted his wish and it failed.

When HR came in, he was asked what was required to stay up. Everyone knew we were short of a centre back and forward, and those areas were addressed. Unfortunately, that didn't work either.

We currently have a squad full of players that can't function as a team and needs a real root and branch shake up. After allowing two managers a free hand, it is not surprising the chairman is planning to keep a closer eye on things as he said in a recent interview.

I'm not convinced HR is the right man for us. I hope he is, but he hasn't shown it yet.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Yeah won't argue with that W12. I don't know if he was behind those signings of the Koreans tbh but as you say the managers have had the final say. Have said the playing side has got to be left to the manager, and so
it follows responsibility also goes with the manager. For me TF can't be to blame for allowing the signings, and with the Bridge thing he has shown lessons have been learnt, and paying high wages didn't get us relegated.

Hehehe, actually I based my opinion on what happened when TF took over and what he told Warnock. If you remember, NW said he felt like a kid in a sweetshop when TF told him to just go out and get whatever players he felt he needed and the club would sort out the finances later.

HR said that the squad was unbalanced, which we all knew, and the board financed two big purchases.

So I would say I used informed opinion
