See he has gone into Stoke and culled a load of players straight away of which one is Pennant I would give him a run out down at ours

Thanks to them Hanwell ended up with an Aldi & a Poundstretcher and the demise continued , I sold up just in time !
After the NIMBY's have their day in court , Warren farm will probably end up with a Boys Brigade football pitch on it ........"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

What is it with QPR and problems. ****ing hellUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

Warren farm has the canal running at the back of it which runs all the way to the Thames, and up North the other way. That will not be affected by the training ground and to the right of the ground is a golf course and wooded area which will not be affected. So these protesters IMO have no case at all (I hope!)

It's seems annoying but understandable IMHO.
I don't know the ins and outs of the matter but I surmise the issue is a large plot of "public" land being sold to a private investor. A section of the "public" are now complaining. I presume the action is against the Council rather than QPR as to whether the publics interest was taking into consideration which would centre around what were the public consultations like prior to planning permission being approved.
If the Council can show it fairly and transparently consulted with the public prior to approval then everything should be Ok especially if this is reflected in what the public benefit from the scheme. If it's found that wasn't the case then it may be found the giving of planning permission was wrong and the process including consultation etc will need to start again meaning delays of years as mentioned above.
I haven't a scooby about planning but these things happen and the rush rush approach the club now adopt for everything probably needs to be reassessed.

Without knowing the ins and outs how do you know it was rushed?
I doubt very much it was rushed having some knowledge of planning procedures.
Looks like the curse of QPR goes on!
