Fallen heroes???

Its got to be Gallen and Ferdinand for me. Growing up these were my 2 biggest idols. The funny thing is that Sir Les now lives 3 streets away from me and Kev lives about a 5 min drive which is quite amazing. I was actually out with Kev and Birch about 2 weeks ago in St Albans and the drinks were flowing pretty nicley. Both absolute legends in my eyes and really nice people. I no Les's son aaron but hes yet to let me round the house, maybe he thinks i mite riffle through his wardrobe and knick a few of his old shirts. Would i? **** yea i would! lol

Question isn't who your heroes were though, it's the fallen heroes. Sinton, Sinclair etc didn't do anything to fall from grace. Re; Sinclair - the club did that for him though letting us get mugged in broad daylight by West Ham.

Agree about Wilkins, but Keegan?? What??!

Apart from the England job, he was a roaring success in every job he did. :waaaht:
Ask Fulham, Man City and Newcastle fans what he did for them, and what they think of him.

Yes thank you Daniel i can read, the thread became abit of a Kevin Gallen conversation so those were my thoughts about him....

Snap, I've come very close to putting the computer through the window on quite a few occasions today after it playing up. Knowing my luck though it'd land on someone randomly walking down the side alley bit for the first time in 20 years and I'd get manslaughter :anger:

Yeah, that's the plan as all the time I'm gambling, I get free watered down drinks. At least they're free I suppose. I'll stick to the low-end Texas Hold-Em and Blackjack tables. I'm sure it'll be awesome.

My absolute hero as a player, Sad to see him on that recent Sky memories series, spinning out the same stories with Gerry and Dave Thomas feigning amusement. I'd rather remember him as a player.
