Brazil goalkeeper Julio Cesar is adamant that England striker Wayne Rooney was "a bit lucky" to score past him during their 2-2 draw at the Maracana on Sunday.
Isn't there a rugby team called the London Giants? Jus sayin
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
Cesar is a fantastic, and all round splendid goalkeeper....He NEVER just parries the ball rather than catching it and he plays for the mighty, mighty Brasil.....He definitely is not a ringer for Buzz Lightyear and he is definitely not living off his past glories....
This is nonsense I reckon, it was speculated on another message board that Chelsea were interested and some lazy reporter for a 2 bob website has seen it and decided to write a poor piece of journalism.
As a previous poster pointed out, Chelsea have Cech who is doing a decent job and Courtois (who is rated as probably the best U21 keeper on the planet) to recall from loan whenever they feel like it. Where exactly would Cesar fit in?.......Unless of course he fancies warming the bench in a world cup year!
Since Cech got his head injury many pundits have said he has not been the same keeper and is on the decline. I don't think that there is an awful lot between the two and if I was Chelsea I would be thinking why rock the boat if your going to replace Cech why get someone of equal ability surely you get someone better????
