Fair point.......I guess time will tell whether this season was a blip or whether he is on the decline!

I read that Chelsea are also interested in Cesar, if they enter a bidding war with Arsenal we might get a reasonable transfer fee, he came on a free too i seem to recall!

Mourinho had Cesar at Inter so knows him well.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I don't get this jibbing at Cesar if we get a fee from Arsenal for him he's going to have cost us ziilch ,on the other hand Green will still be here on the highest paid wages for a keeper in the C/ship

On the other hand at Inter & Brazil he had a top class defence in front of him,..........maybe that's why he looked so great?

He's quoted as saying Rooney was lucky last night...............yeah lucky you were in goal!!:pleasantsuprise:

End of the day, a keeper is only as good as his defence etc

He made some terrible errors but I got a feeling he will be very solid next season...just not for us sadly.

We needed a big keeper who commanded the back 4 and niether Cesar or Green have ever been more than shotstoppers. This is a big reason we leaked so many goals from close in this season iv'e never seen so many far post goals conceded. That being said i think Cesar will do well if he goes to Arsenal i mean at times this season he almost stood alone due to our @#@# poor defence.

You are so right Richard! This is so typically QPR. The number of players who have apparently been cr@p for us but have gone on to shine at a higher level is mind boggling. I remember Crouchy getting slated when he played for us and of course he went on to play and score many times for England!
