Hogan hasn't been playing much at TFC anyway... Club probably thought it was the best that he rest they the take him for Pre season see what happens.... If not wouldn't be surprised to see him transfer listed soon after!

I'm happy if they give him a good look in the summer. I agree that he was excellent the start of the promotion year and scored good goals. He is a good finisher 1 on 1 and lively with good movement. He is certainly more than capable in a decent championship squad to be of use.

Let's face it, half our "stars" didn't give a toss in the Prem, what are they gonna be like in the championship....? Get him in the squad.

Out of interest, what are the squad restrictions in the championship.... are there any????

I really wanted him to do well at Toronto FC but after a good start he tailed off and picked up a knock which he never seemed to recover from! He's got a great attitude and seemed to quite like the challenge of a new league and country to play in but after watching every minute he played for TFC I am wondering if he just might not be good enough! He wasn't fazed by the physical nature of MLS so that may bode well for him in the Championship again, he seems a good bloke, I hope he can make an impact with us upon his return!

Interesting to know....if he can't cut it in MLS that really doesn't bode well. I'm sure if Harry doesn't like what he seas in the close season then his contract won't get renewed!

3 years ago he played plenty of games in our championship winning side, which is quite relevant. Only last year Hughes promoted him to the 25 man squad, even after a free signing pre season, so he must have seen something in him also.

Anyway, all i'm saying is i want Harry to look this summer at all the players on our books who have decent experience of the championship, especially successful championship sides, including the likes of Hogan and Barton. Surely it's only prudent to do so before making any final decisions....?
