  • Hogans Coming Back

    From his twitter

@HoganEphraim: Been told that QPR want me to end the loan now so I can be refreshed for pre season. I just want to say a massive thank you to everybody...
@HoganEphraim: Change real soon!! I will miss this place, but now my intentions are to show QPR how much I wanna be at QPR and how well I wanna do for them

Personally I think he's a good squad player who for one reason or another never had a consistent run in the team after promotion. Had a great season for us when we got promoted and at times seemed to be telepathic with Adel.

Definitely looks like he wants to prove himself which us the attitude we need.

    Good championship player IMO.

Can defo do a job & 150% better effort levels & attitude than 90% of the wasters currently playing for us.

Good news. I've always liked Hogan but he really needs to find a way to not drift out of games. He will definitely help us next season.

We should show faith in him and give him a chance now. He has been with the club for a long time.

Hats off for the attitude!! He hasn't played for two season and still he's more committed than most of our squad. Bosingwa refused to be a substitute for a one game!!! Making me sick

I think this is the right decision and actually we should do the same with DJ Campbell & Tal Ben Haim. Have them in for pre-season, see how up for it they are and what kind of form they are in and then make a decision on whether to offer them another year or not.

Don't think Ben Haim is the way forward we've got to look build a young progressive side with an eye on the future .
It is to easy to fall into the trap of over loading the squad with players that are thought to be players that can do a job in the C/ship ,Hogan is still young with right attitude imo would be good for the squad

Well we bought him 5 years ago and never really used him much, so now is the time!

Good news! A player with the right attitude. Never got the chance again in the promotion season after he got sent off against?? Canīt remember the team in question, though.

Very limited and light-weight player, bundled of the ball by a puff of wind and never, ever does anything to turn a game. Was nowhere near good enough the season we got promoted. When we lost Mackie through injury we had to get in Routledge. Since then he has failed at League One Charlton and, according to a regular poster on here based in Canada, been fairly average in a no-mark league out there. If he is our secret weapon to get us promoted, god help us.

He was excellent at the start of the 2010-11 season.

I agree with Stainrod, hard worker and nice guy though he is, Ephraim is far short of the quality needed to make an impact in the Championship.

Will be a bit part squad player.

As Tony, Phil B and Harry met Friday and this news has just come out, I'm guessing perhaps Redknapp was told to make do with what he already has and budgets could be fairly limited?
