I am one of them i suppose, cant help it, just the way i feel. I am a traditionalist that is opposed to change. On top of that i dont trust Fernandes and his type and i am very worried that because of the last couple of seasons we now are heavily reliant on him and those like him. Things started to go wrong as soon as we were promoted tbh and i believe the dressing room split began when they started paying stupid money to lure Barton and the likes here to play for an unfashionable club such as we are. We cannot sustain the wages he decided to pay out without people like Fernandes....wages that by the way could only get us 4 wins all season and relegated. Nice one Tone.

I think it's tough now but over time it will pay off, it's like any business, you lose money the first few years.

We are never going to get massive crowds with so many London clubs, we need to compensate that in other angles... just give them a bit of time.

Bit harsh to lay it all on Tony. He was left by tango and cash with two potential prem players (adel and alejandro) and a bunch of championship hoofers. we needed a completely new team, as shown when we were ripped apart at home to bolton on the opening day of the season. We have been playing catch up ever since. And if you were complaining about all the signings at the time I don't remember it (not singling you out, I know I was also happy about most of them). Every single one of us were mugs, so no good looking for scapegoats - certainly not by targeting the one bloke who put his money where his mouth is.

So no criticism of the three managers who've served under TF then? Just blame the chairman who's stumped up serious cash for players which is a first in our history?

Your opinion mate, but I disagree strongly.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Yep, spot on. I think one of the shareholders said recently that this is a long-term project that required investment. TF also said that a new stadium and training ground/academy were needed.

These things take years to develop and in the meantime the shareholders all take a hit in the pockets. They know this, they understand this, and accept it. Some businessmen it seems, look for the classic 'fast buck', but Asians build businesses for future family generations.

Our club has massive untapped potential which our current board recognises. They need plenty of time to achieve their goals and we should be supportive of their aims.

The point I'm trying to make is, we shouldn't be worrying at this stage.

The board have made their goals very clear, it's a very long term project and they will not be leaving the club within the next few years.

Long term I think this club (our club) will be up there fighting the big boys, not only that but we might also start a new trend for other clubs to follow.

We need to give them a chance first... they need our support.

When we are in the Conference watched by six people and their dog? I know a lad from west London who went to several games last season and said he would get a season ticket if we stayed up in the Prem. Now we are relegated he is going back to supporting Arsenal. And he is white. Just as there are floating voters, so there are floating fans, English as well as Korean. Do you not get the basic point that we need more fans, not less, and that many will be from new places? Chelsea got loads of Italian fans a few years ago when they had all those Italians at the club. It helped them grow. That's how football in the 21st century works.

You seem to disregard your previous comments that allude to a racial tone to my original post that i object to. Im not interested in your opinion of any new fans TBH. Your condescending correction of High and Mighty just reaffirms your high and mighty attitude.

Forgetting stainrod is a mod I think he is pretty much spot on 99% of the time and I find myself agreeing with the bloke.

Think you should calm down because he was probably just rightly correcting you
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
