We need to have a tougher pre season than last as I feel we were not ready to compete.

We need easy ones to start with to get team understanding especially if we manage to bring in a few and get a few out

Peterborough is a good friendly. They were in our league season just gone & will want to prove they're good enough for that league & promotion.

Good friendly, I'd like to see us play one of the promoted teams from the Championship too as that's a good friendly to have
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
