People are always targetting him as the bad guy, he has actually done a lot of good for the club, admittedly he is a bit "dodgy" (i think we all know that). But it is his wheeler-dealer mentality that has helped the club out massively. I have met him quite a few times and he is always willing to have a chat, and appears a genuinely nice guy.

Some people need someone to blame, if they want to blame anyone it should be Flav, his interfering has lead to us sacking many perfectly good managers, which in turn has lead to us not being able to attract big names (either managerial or playing staff).

If it wasn't for paladini we would all now be chelsea fans

I think gianni is the first to admit he's bodged up in the past.

Trust me, he works his socks off, does a damned good job (can u imagine having Flavio screaming at you all day and night long?!)

He aint perfect but QPR is a better place for him and I think History will show that

Now I am by no means Paladini's biggest fan, or for that matter the biggest fan of the whole Favio/Bernie/Mittal regime.....but the way you have to look at is "is the club in a better state now than it would have been without them?"

I think the answer has to undoubtedly be yes, I think even the staunchest anti Paladini campaigner would have to admit that.

The current regime cannot be blamed for the debts that it has inherted from previous tight fisted chairmen (i.e Chris Wright)!!!

We can also sit and harp on all day about the crap signings that have been made but the truth is all clubs make them. I'll give you some examples, the following players have all been signed by Man Utd in recent years:

                David Bellion
                Kleberson
                Liam Miller
                Eric Djemba Djemba
                Jordi Cruyff
                Massimo Tiabi

I think a lot of fans need to stop bitching and appreciate that nobodys prefect and it's a learning curve for the board as well.....with our support and a bit of luck we will get there!

Right.....I'll get off my soapbox now!

Most of us have no reason to #### lick, there are a few who are friends with him. People like you need someone to blame for things, he is the easy target, he has not had the easiest job, had a gun held to his head, chaiman of a club on the brink of administration, and he is still here. That shows you that he has a genuine love for the club
