his energy & passion would be missed but i would be happy to see him move forward and try and make a success of being a manager where it would be more on his terms.

Well he doesn't really have any future here now, but I wish him all the best if he decides to go for it...

Whatever he decides to do he knows qpr fans back his decision, and as others have said he obviously wont be playing anytime soon!! So i couldnt blame him if he did leave....

Shame though id like him to end his playing career here and be a coach for the youth team or something. Im sure we can find a position for him somewhere.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

As someone said if he goes we should send a few players on loan with him to get him going. Topman and wish him all the best in what he does.

Cant let him leave, Find him a position in the club. Think they should have given him the youth with Birch as his asst. 1 of a kind is our GAZ,Top Man. Best of luck in whatever comes his way, You will be welcome back any time, Loftus Rd is as much a home to you as it is to us

I would love to see Gareth Ainsworth stay at our club in some coaching role,or maybe as scout/transfer specialist type arrangement.

He is a great bloke, wears his heart on his sleeve, i would be very sad to see him leave, but he wants to pursue a career in management which i think he will be very successful at, unfortunately he will not get a decent chance for us so will have to look elsewhere

his playing days are numbered i would think at rangers, if he fancies management why not give it a go? i would be happy if he stuck around as a coach as well.

if we want new players up front we must sell a few - no brainer.

                                Yes, of course.
(If he could take Helguson with him as assistant, that'd be great.)

The guy deserves more than rotting in our reserves, and if he goes to Lincoln, there is my second team sorted out.
Let him fly, and then - when Magilton is sacked... and the next bloke is on thin ice too... we can call for the return of Gaz.

And then #### him off properly.

                                Sorted.
