maybe we need to look at gary hooper from celtic theres a player who can get thirty goals next season
Good old Bazza he's been doing just that from Barnet and everywhere else he's been

Well, we have agreed a friendly against the posh.

I wonder if this is part of the dwight gayle deal?

yep, the more i think about it the more it makes sense.

say, we give them a mil and do them a favour of arranging a friendly at their ground. we can bring along some of the so-called stars that we have and boost their gate recipts.

in turn, we get dwight gayle.

seems very plausable indeed and this sort of thing happened lots in the past.

not seen him play but hope he is half decent

Wow, £1 million pounds. Thats loads to a team like us! It really seems like we're rolling with the big boys if a deal like this goes through!

The friendly is going to be amazing. I can't believe we might actually get a chance to see some of your stars. I mean Sean Derry and Rob Green playing at little old posh!

I can't see any real reason this deal wouldn't go through. It makes too much sense if anything! I mean why would he want to go to prem teams like villa or Fulham for £4 mil plus when he could play for the mighty rangers!

He's obviously a sensible young man with a good head on his shoulders. He shouldn't go all 'Odemwinge' on us just yet because there are others we are looking at and we'll let him know in due course.

I doubt that a friendly against a Championship side full of mercenaries will attract much of a turnout. The game against Hull will be better attended due to George Boyd, so it'll be a fitness workout for both teams.

you really think someone could be worth 4mil after paying out 500k 6months ago not to mention the fact that the team he CURRENTLY plays for has just been relegated to div 1 (old div3)? dont believe what the papers say poshboy.

also, players like green, park, mackie derry would probably look like stars when they walk out on your bog like pitch next month.

anyway, just be greatful if you get 1mil for him as that is probably all he is worth. you could then invest in another stanchion to prop up one of your 4 decrepid stands.

A last minute goal in the last game of last season is the only thing keeping us a division apart from yourselves,
Methinks your one abysmal season in the top flight has left you with delusions of grandeur. next season might bring you back to earth with a thud.
We actually made a profit in the last financial year and wouldn't want to put you in further debt, even by taking a measly million pounds off you.
We don't need your artificial wealth dripping down to us, it's more like acid rain.
