As long as he doesn't go down for years, this could turn out to be the best slice of bad press we could've ever hpped for.... would love it if he at least started with us in the championship until Jan and see where we stand. If we're pushing for the promotion spots then surely the club wouldn't allow him to leave then either.
I cant see any club signing him with this allegation hanging in the back ground.

if we sell in jan tony can put any price tag on he wishes as the clause will have expired.
If QPR are in the top 2 and his clause has expired, then it could be possible to persuade him to stay especially if the club fully support him through his court case (he may even feel indebted to the club).

Given his application so far, i'm pretty sure he'd perform well even if he didn't want to be playing in the championship. Regardless, he's been playing in France, and bar the top few sieds, the level of that league is probably about the same as the championship.
