Basically that interviews sums up why we are why where we are now compared to how we were under those guys (Im not a Rowlands fan but credit where it is due)
Its clear from that interview the team was 100% united the stories of the trip to Ibiza (that really was a Dubai trip its there in there own words) and the players mobbing up at half time at Stoke away to have it with the Stoke players in the tunnel after Taggart offered out Birch just magnifies the lack of unity and camaraderie in the current squad. If Green got offered out this season can you see any of the squad sprinting down the tunnel and wading in???
Would suggest discipline was not Ollies number one priority (took the players out for a fry up and beers before Brentford game) but the end result is what counted.
Definitely worth a read if you have spare 10mins
