The fact is, we should have gone and bought the Chopra's, Watson's, Beckfords and Hoopers last season instead of getting Ageymang, Heider and Mahon on the cheap. Not that I don't rate Mahon as he's a steady player, but we didn't need him at the time...we needed Watson.
And before Pete tells me that Wigan was too much to turn down (which is true) we could have avoided this issue if we had taken the check book out before he was available to talk to everyone.Your mum would love me...

blah, blah
Chopra wanted to go back to Cardiff CITY, thats pretty simple
Beckford is still at Leeds United, who whether we like it or not, are a bigger club than we are and Bates would have been lynched if they sold him for 5, 6 or even 10 million.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

We've always sold players, so it's not as if anyone (in their right mind) expects us to just wildly splash the cash on players without having to lose a few along the way. Wheel and deal is the QPR way.
That's where the major problem is for me... a lack of understanding from above about how to assemble a tight, quality squad that could have been put together for the same amount of money as we've spent on the Player Mountain we currently have.
It's led to a total lack of cohesion and balance and will cause unrest among those that are left out every week.
Because that's what we'll have to do if we want this team to gel into a settled unit, with a proper team pattern.
We have to sell/loan out players..... quickly.
It's not all about spending cash.

Paul, was in the qblock for the game against Oldham, lower tier at Hillsborough and of course at the Play off Final.
Your memory is rather short.
They were all in the league below. Wouldn't swap it for a million years.
Now, the question is
WOULD YOU?ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

And besides, Chopra himself said the reason he couldn't join us was due to the lack of stability...ANOTHER thing that would have been avoided if we didn't keep getting managers like Gregory and Dowie who would last 15 games. This puts players off. Cardiff stuck by their manager. Players like Chopra want to come to a club to play football and are never going to be assured of a place if the manager keeps changing.
Look at Ben Watson. Played very well under Bruce at Wigan and now Martinez won't give him a chance for some reason.
Players need to feel loved as much as anything. That doesn't seem to happen at this club. Ask Dex about that.Your mum would love me...

be lot easier to attract good playersand managers if Flabio stopped "teminating" managers and if the manager didnt have to wrestle Paladini for power everytime he wants to make a decision. No wonder the Beckfords,Chopra's,Evans,Cox's and Hoopers are not/were not clamoring to come to Qpr when we have them power hungry control freaking imbeciles in charge. I am pretty pleased with the squad as a work in progress and if we can ship some of the deadwood out but with a second rate manager like JM in charge i still doubt we have what it takes to get out of this division.
