I support the team 100% thanks-but I don't think wanting to see a proven striker and a left-back makes me or anyone else a "whinger" or "negative".We all want QPR to succeed, and all have our own opinions on how that will come about.Toeing the party-line does not make anyone more loyal.

People support the club my paying extortionate amount of money for the match tickets

We have been crying out for a targetman type striker for 2 years and a decent left back since Padula left

I'm very happy with the loan of Watson and Simpson but we will be back to square one when they return to their clubs

lets be happy with what we have rather than trying to predict what we won't have. the whingers amongst us all think guaranteed success is a given. Everyone thinks they can do a better job themselves or that they know exactly how the club is run and what goes on in the dressing room when really they don’t have much of a clue. Some people on here have very strong opinions but don’t even visit LR to watch games…..how can they justify themselves? Patience is a virtue

ok pete i will have a little nibble as its lunchtime

re the state of the bogs, how hard is it to get a plumber in and fix them? if they can't sort out a bit of basic plumbing like making a loo flush should we simply trust them on the other issues?

as for the squad and transfers, I was one saying don't panic ages ago as I was sure they would land someone decent on loan at least, they did and I am happy with Simpson. I am also happy that we have got Watson for a bit. if we had got a left back i would have been delighted but there you go.

I think most would have been pretty happy if things had just happened but once again you and others gave it the big un with 3 coming in, done deals etc stead done etc etc and you have people hanging on your every world which i am sure you love but at some point when this stuff doesnt materialise people are going to be dissapointed. if you cant take the dissapointment and whining don't wind people up into a frenzy in the first place, simplez

Has it ever occured to "The Club" that charging the fans more money than any club in the whole league leaves them wide open for critisism? Even about the bogs?
And constantly contradicting themselves, and other clubs chairmen, and sacking managers because they "wont tolerate failure" in any way, and hyping up expectations with big talk... etc... is not to be questioned, in any way?
They, and you seem to forget that people are paying very good money for this project/product, and are fully entitled to ask questions. These are lifelong QPR fans here. Don't you think they want the best for QPR? Or is that exclusive to you, GP, and some mates?

Should everyone just shut up, accept everything, not ever "moan", and have total blind faith in the boards ability to transfer their success in other business interests into football... and QPR in particular.
Are mistakes, bizzare decisions, the rotten image we have gained ourselves amongst other managers and parts of the media just supposed to be swept under the rug, and not even spoken about??

And anyone who dares to question anything about the current owners of QPR, and their abilities/decisions are simply just "Whingers"???

Ok, now those lifelong paying fans know exactly where they stand in your view of all things Queens Park Rangers FC, and its priorities.

Fair enough. Carry on with the lessons in how to support QPR.

I think you have hit nail on the head with the charging of tickets.

Therein lies the problem. Current climate and paying more we expect more from the players. In reality we have got it with the calibre of players, but mid-table finishes are not what we expected.

Its lead to alot of bad feeling

I do agree with you on that.

Bush Ranger 1982 and Rangers W12, are you guys serious ?

Work out what it costs to run a club a club the size of QPR and then work out what income the club has, even with the inflated ticket prices. The sums do not add up.

We are a small club but want to have the mindset of a Premiership club. THat in itself is not a problem, however, it costs money to get to the Premiership and being a small club we have to pay more per man to achieve the required income.

It is quite clear that even at the sums we are currently paying, that there is a massive shortfall each season. What is also quite clear, is that we are being significantly bankrolled by someone.

I looked at the team sheet last Saturday and for about 90% of the players named I was very excited. The team is young and will gel, hoepfully quickly. When they do, QPR will be a team to be reckoned with.

You have to appreciate that the board are doing all they can without being silly. They are making a massive effort. They will make some mistakes along the way, but our squad is so far ahead of what it was 3 years ago it is laughable.

Stop the moaning and get behind the team and the board.

We have a bright future if you do.

When you put it like that it is perverse that we actually support such a bizarre club as QPR but if nothing else we are unique is so many ways and we love it. (even the moaning, negativity and whinging that goes with it!):amazing:

Ok, looks like im gonna be the first one to mention it: Like you supported Paulo Sousa Pete? You never criticised him when he was here did you...

I enjoyed the emotional rollercoaster that was yesterday Pete and whilst i often find you to be a massive hypocrite, i appreciate you trying to at the very least, lift our spirits with these rumours. Im happy with Simpson and Watson, bu whats hard to realise that the majority of the people who support QPR WONT be happy until we sign a striker we have all heard of and is considered somewhat of a "name" or atleast a striker who we have had to outbid another team for to get. It's all about showing intent, and whilst in my eyes, signing Watson certainly does that (if even on loan),Simpson doesnt really set the pulses racing with excitement. With Simpson it's more of a case of he "could" do well rather than being a player we all think we can rely on to score goals.
Will change my user name to half full when QPR give me reason too...

And goals from our forward line are still as rare as snowflakes in Barbados, despite paying top dollar to watch the Rangers at Loftus Rd these days.
