    In all fairness...

You kinda need to blame hughes...

His team pretty much and his mistakes etc

Hughes was a catastrophe of almost surreal proportions, but Harry hasn't been great and more fundementally isn't a development manager. No fat percentages in the kids, and we need to adopt the Swansea approach.

Sadly I think Fernandes still has delusions of grandeur.

What is 'oh dear' about the idea of getting someone like Rosler in.

Very impressed with the way he operates and will go on to bigger and better things after Brentford.

Oh God, Harry seems so depressive. Can't he say anything positive about our club? He goes on about the same old **** every week. I was excited when he first arrived but now I couldn't care less if he goes. I can't remember a more depressive season than this one - thank goodness it's over!

What is oh dear it's the fact that he has done nothing except have a good run in a 3rd tier club that lost it's bottle when it had succes in it's grasp , thew away automatic promotion limped thro the play offs and again threw it away in the final .
He may well come good but has done nothing to earn the chance to manage a club that has T Fs ambitions ,you nor I know anything about his ability to handle big players and thats where T F and the other backers see QPR in the future

TF's ambitions and reality seem to be a fair way apart :-) Same as TF's ambitions for his F1 team. He's had a stab at it, completely ****ed it up and says he has learnt his lesson but time will tell i suppose, either way he is going to need some help because its obvious he hasnt the brains to do the job.

He was not very impressive as a coach we he was in Norway.

It's not about T Fs succeding in his plans it's about his and the boards ambitions
It's about do you think Rosler meets that

I dont think it has to be a big name manager tbh...maybe one that has hunger and determination (just like the players we need). Its all about the "profile" with Fernandes tho.

Yep. Names, reputation etc is what has got us into this mess.

Well of course it is! big names big reps mean a hell of a lot in the far east and that's where T F is looking for sponcership and backing ,Youv'e seen a summer tour or Korea go down the pan for a summer tour of Devon T F and his backers own the club and it's theirs to do with as they plaese

Ive also seen one of the worse seasons we have ever had at rangers setting all kinds of embarrassing records.... all under Fernandes's watch. Since he took control in August 2011 its been all downhill from there and he has turned us into a bit of a laughing stock. In fact he has turned himself into a bit of a laughing stock the way the media are reporting it but then he deserves it for being a plum.

i'd guess i've watched the rangers longer and i have to agree it's been the worse and most depressing season i've ever known yep your'e right mistakes have been made but were made with good intents you know the old saying nothing ventured nothing gained T F ****ed up trusting hughsand he's been man enough to admit it ,but you still haven't answered do you think Rosler is the man to take over from H R

personally i back Harry for next season but if he did leave then i think someone like Rosler with something to prove might be the way forward imo. I started going to rangers mid 70's and i cant remember a season so depressing and full of **** ups than this one.

lets wait until late June to judge Harry. By then hope to have shifted half a dozen of the dross, with a couple of exciting additions. In the H man I trust
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most
