I know many wont agree but i be happy to see him go a long with many others players and start again from scratch!

Stop throwing money at overated players AND start investing in young players at the academy ... Southampton are a club i admire at the minute
You mean from Div. 1 or 2 then??
If we appoint a new young manager then we will get relegated, mark my words.Imo, Harry will build a team a young manager can develop when Harry is retiring in about three or four years time from now.
      QPR
      Best team in the world

He also back tracks far too often. I mean Bosingwa after what had gone on, should never of played for this football club.

I also blame him for the poor discipline he keeps talking about. If a strong personality came in he would of either ditched these players or put a stop to it. No Harry hasn't impressed but we're stuck with him so unfortunately it looks like I'll have to continue to back him but a change in management, new ideas and new playing staff would of been the way to go.
His team selections & reasons are only ever going to be known by him and the team. How do we know what was going in that dressing room? There could have been a real attempt to regain respect from these 'lazy' players. Boswinga could have shown harry that he was willing to work hard again and harry had to show the rest of the team how to be by nringing him back in (like little kids). I imagine it must be very difficult to run a squad like that.

His public outbursts about the players and their wages etc might be his only way of teaching these t!ts to show some kind of respect. After he banged on about boswinga's salary in public it put the pressure on boswinga to get his #### into gear and i think at first when he did come back into the team he was a better player...for a while atleast!

Never really thought he had the fight for the championship battle to be honest

Personally I'd like to see do Matteo get the job.he's got west brom up playing good football, played good football in the prem until he was unfairly sacked when west brom were 15th/16th, he then got the scum job won the European cup playing solid/defensive football along with the fa cup, they then started this season playing the best football in the league until roman got bored and sacked him.
This is a guy that has shown he can get teams up from the championship, tactically adaptable, young and ambitious.
I'd drop Harry in a second if we could get him.

Really wouldn't be the end of the world if HR left. We need a completely fresh start and I think a new manager would help deliver this.

Hughes was the biggest contributor to our downfall but Redknapp made some big mistakes since he arrived IMO, whether it be transfers, man management, tactics, team selections or PR.

My personal opinion is that if we really do have the long term in mind, HR is not the man to have in charge. I massively doubt we'll go up next season with Wigan, Reading, Leeds, Forest, Bolton, Leicester and Middlesbrough probably all set up to have a far better crack than we are. HR will 100% not do more than one season in that league. We start from a clean slate next season and appoint someone like Poyet for example and then we are truly set for the long term.

                        Kerching

best to get rid now before he sis allowed to bring in his choice of players, start again, new manager and let him build a team from the ground up. otherwise we are going to be half way through next season and facing the same situation again.
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Like Arry tbf and want him to stay but far from the end of the world if he goes. Just hope he comes out n rubbishes the rumours sharpish or farks off so we can have a settled summer.

Personally, think the rumours are tosh though.

Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
