  • why some of our 'expectancy' must end right now!!!

for me too many fans over the last couple of seasons have set our/their sights way too high on what/where this club can aspire to be.....too be frank and honest the championship is realistically our level as a club....however we must not believe we will bounce straight back up next season as the squad, whilst expensively assembled and strong 'on paper' is as we have sadly discovered to our detriment lacking in desire, honour and discipline...that is why we must hope harry rebuilds over the summer with players who want to play for qpr and will put in serious shifts on wet windy nights in barnsley and yeovil...i for one would be delighted to win some games again and a play off spot would be as much as i could hope for!

My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Don't wish for anything in relation to QPR, I just turn up and see what happens! Gone through loads over last 39 seasons. Still it's better than doing the D.I.Y or gardening.

            Crikey!
This is the oddest thread I've seen in a while.
It's perfectly reasonable for fans to expect a good season, next season.
It's not like 'li'l ol' QPR' haven't ever won the championship of the second tier before, we've done it twice in my lifetime alone, and no doubt we will do so again, one day.
May not be next season, or the one after that even, but we will see a QPR captain hold the championship trophy aloft again, of that I have no doubt.

That's QPR Goods times, Bad times but it's the best thing around. (The only thing in West London)

Forget about promotion next season. We need 2-3 years to fix things.
                  QPR fan since1987

Are we going back to a plastic pitch as well? Could nick some and put in a new lawn for myself (just hoover once a week).
