Managers are the ones who shipped in all the useless footballers.

Lots of strange comments in your post, but I'll pick out just two:

IMO, Sparky is the one to blame the most, not Harry. But each to their own,Bonheurjh:=):

There are some things harry does that dont make sense to me but the players HE did bring in were pretty decent - townsend, remy, jenas and samba.

If he can bring in more players of that mould then im pretty confident we wont be having problems like we have now. Im even starting to get over the AJ & Zamora fettish he has as long as we have back up strikers.

harry wouldnt have put this team together just had to play with the cards dealt to him...sometimes formations or players didnt make sense but we have no idea whats been really going on there.

66% of the 92 managers that started at a club this season have been replaced by the end of it. This tells me that most managers are kraap or that they are scapegoats for kraap players.

I mean he could be a good manager but isn't a good leader.

He doesn't seem to be respected by footballers.

                    Yes exactly.

If we want to be a top club, we have to find one good manager out of hundreds

So when harry was at spurs he was a good manager but when he came to qpr he was a bad manager?

Spurs was a top club when he was there....i dont get your point.

The lack of respect is as much due to Harry's comments about the players as it is about them being Hughes signings. I agree with vespa in as much as the only 2 players i wasn't keen on us signing were Nelsen and Jenas. 1 of whom was probably our best player until the new year and the other suprised me by being better than i thought. As for Harry i know its been an awful season but i can't see any desire on his part he looked like he'd given up before alot of the players had. Think he just needs to have a rest now then comeback refreshed and if he can't then by all means replace him but does anybody think that another coach could have got more out of our current squad?

Well the guy who finished fourth in the Premier League last season and took his side to the Champion's League quarter-finals the season before is probably a good start. Let's just wait and see what happens over the summer.

Exactly so......give Harry the right tools to do the job and pretty sure he'll deliver.

I do think he is sh!tting his pants about the championship but im confident that if he does put together a new team that we'll see something dramatically different to this bunch of losers. These players have made an mockery of this club and ripped up the hard work that was put into getting promotion to the PL. They are the sort of people that wont care though and they will feel they have to move quickly to rescue their own careers, jumping ship and no doubt laughing with new team mates at the demise of QPR.

I hope they get found out one day for the sh!t they really are.
