I've said it a couple of times here

that Arry didn't care about winning or losing after the confirmation of our relegation.

In my view, he has already decided not to lose his place as a manager and not to damage his reputation before 13/14 season starts.

So basically what he did to save his job was to state that some wage-eaters are completely useless and they are the reason for the fall of QPR.

With that, he has successfully shifted fans and media's focus on him to the footballers he mentioned.

To keep his ground til' the end of season, he only used those wage-eaters to prove his comment as 'valid' and therefore, no-body would give a sh1te about why we lose all the time because we now think that the main reason of utter disappointment stems mainly from the wage-eaters.

He has been playing the useless Bosingwa, wanna-leave M'bia, Park, and Hoilett and made us all think that

we will be fine even if we lose now because by the start of next season, they will be all gone with summer breeze.

Arry, to me, has failed to be a good leader. He is very very smart.

In other words, he is very canny and careful person.

His career and money comes first.

Imagine he has played a whole other players we have and have won alot for the remaining games.

Arry could have suffered from some riots or blames of the fans and media because it could just prove he was wrong from the beginning and

we would have said "Arry, you could have done that from the beginning!"

I am just saying he is not a good leader.

Don't know if he will lead us to promotion.

At the moment what I want you to do is to pressurise him as much as we can so that we won't make the same mistake as we did this season.

Tony has no gut to pressurise him or whatnot. He is just too kind.

I like his kind nature but he carries so many soft-spots.

It's time we make the move instead otherwise no-body will.

I want Arry to stay all night to come up with precise tactics and bring about perfect balance amongst the squad in both offense and defense for every game.

I want him to work his ars*-off and do sth for us from the beginning.

    Sorry bout bad English.

I want to read your response to this idea. thanks

To cut a Long Long story short,

    1. Arry is all Talk.

    2. Too many Excuses from Arry.

    3. He doesn't want to take the blames.

    4. So he makes "wage-eaters" to guard him from us.

    5. That makes him look like he lacks sincerity.

    6. Tony has no gut to tell him that.

    7. So we need to do that for our own sake.

    8. Will you do it?

Bon , everyone can tell you Harry is a shrewd and canny manager , not a man to take any blame if he can shift it elseware , he`s been round the block more times then Brain from Millwalls mum .
But i dont understand what pressure we can put on Harry in the close season and even if we could ,pressure to do what ?
Dont worry about your English old chap , its better than most of ours !

Thanks, I am just worried about the Hughes-Effect

We kept saying 'trust him' ' I will still back him up' 'Let's give him some time' etc etc talks.

We can't do that this time can we?

I want Arry to be always alert that he can be sacked anytime if he doesnt make progress and produce good impression.

So I want you including myself to discuss in what ways we can give him a bit of a bee-sting so that he will do his best not to lose even if it is an unnecessary game for him

Well not all of us have a grade F G.C.S.E in Anglish
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Some good points, but Arry will now shift the blame and state what most fans know there is lots of things that need fixing, but i dont agree about TF.

You don't run a multi Billion dollar organisation being just nice, i am sure he can get ruthless if needed, but if we are to fix the problems at the club then stability and time is needed.

2 managers have failed with this lot now and we are relegated. When is it going to be the players' fault?

No, I am talking about after we finish rebuilding our squad.

On the ground that, Arry gets what he wants this summer, and he still fails to impress us, what would you do?
