  • Should Yeovil win today

I remember going there in the 80's for a F.A cup game and it kicked off. My mate got a dart in the head from the locals in the pub we were in (Double top or what) and then we had it toe to toe with the locals in the streets around the pub. After the game went to another pub, the Guv turned out to be a Fulham fan, treated us really well and got back to the springbok just in time for last orders. By the way we won 3-0, think Mark Falco scored at least once.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

Yoevil were always up for it ,back in the day . I remember them coming to Sutton Utd in the 80s and terrorising the ground , and making themselves available ( with quite a few takers ) in the pubs after the game.

They certainly were game that day and came looking for us all over the town.

You wont get that anymore. Live just down the road and their 'firm' as they call it is a bunch of kids. Hope they go up for the away day.

Would be good if Yeovil won today. The in laws live in the area, and I'm in the process of buying a flat just outside Yeovil, so would be a good weekend away.

Don't know tbf but at least half , probably more like 75% of their "fans" there today aren't even Brentford, just pals tagging along for the day. I must now about 25 or 30 "Brentford" there today and only 4 are actually fans.

At that level I suppose, Championship & above I'd like to think most clubs would sell their allocation (there or thereabouts anyway).

"Brentford Football Club have sold a total of 22,118 advance tickets for Sunday's npower League One Play-Off Final" - not bad

118 Brentford fans that have been going all season then I reckon.

You're probably right there, whole streams of *****s I know on Facebook suddenly becoming 'Brentford fans' - A fair number of them are Chelsea.
