  • West Ham and QPR will battle it out to sign Celtic striker Gary Hooper

WEST HAM will have to fend off the challenge of QPR to win the race to sign Celtic striker Gary Hooper.

The 25-year-old has scored at better than a goal-a-game since signing for the Scottish champions in 2010 and was a target for Norwich City in January.

Might have a chance with Tommy Cooper.
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

They turned down £7 million from us in January, and he's not worth anywhere near that imo, I don't think we'll be going back in for him
