Cant disagree but playing around Adel wasn't the whole problem Warnock did his job in getting promotion but the odius pair didn't or wouldn't invest in the future ie Austin Hooper and others befor other clubs took the chance and made or will make agood profit

half agree with ted - replaing the entire squad with good lower league players would improve the performance, spirit, and wage bill.
but it is also true that for every swansea who get it right there are dozens of clubs who get it wrong.
i think the key is to get good players with good attitudes to replace many of the current ones - wherever they are from whatever the age.
some young players are not hungry - just stupid with inflated egos - worth remembering too that probably the best qpr player this season was also the oldest - Nelsen.
Hopefully Harry can find plenty of gems cos without them next season will be a repeat of this one.

Got to have a mix of hunger and experience...too much inexperience and loads of hunger makes for lots of mistakes and too much experience makes for a lazy team.
