    Is he bailed to appear in court I don't think so , he's baileld for further investigations .
    This wasn't a stary eyed 16 year old this a 34 yeay old woman who should know better I think people should not be to judgemental just yet , Remy has been a complete berk and thats all we know at the moment

      I would guess the club's lawyers will be dealing with this and trying to find out if there's any truth in the allegations.

      One thing is sure. If the club sticks by him through this and he's innocent, he should stay until at least the end of the season and not just until January. Loyalty works both ways.
      I think he signed a contract with a release clause for the end of the season if we sent down. If he starts next season does the release clause become null and void.

        I would expect so, either the release clause is activated (by a prospective buyer) OR he starts the next season with QPR and the original signed contract rolls on. As I understand it he can't just leave if the conditions of the release are not met.
