Could be photo shopped by someone who based it on what they saw on the snippet vid or the leaked pictures. If it is, then the real ones can't be far off from this anyway.

Having the same design year after year would naturally result in fewer sales. It would be nice to have the one design, but that's a little naive. It would however make absolute sense to consult the fans, but even then you certainly wouldn't please everyone.
If you want a retro design shirt, there are loads to choose from.
