I don't want Rangers to do what we did in the 80s/90s in that i mean selling all our best players.That imo was also a big part of our fall, we sold year after year and it caught up with us.
Seaman, Parker, Peacock Sinton and Ferdinand all sold in a short space of time, and the money into Thompson's pocket. I'm all for bringing players through from the lower leagues as that used to be very satisfying taking the P out of my Chelsea Liverpool Man Utd supporting mates when we turned em over, but i'd like to think we could offer our best players good contracts to keep them too.

I'm with Dave on this one. When you sell quality & don't replace that you're only going one way. We have got some quality players believe it or not. Good read though.
