I reckon the time is right to sell Adel. He's been a disappointment in the Prem but I reckon he's shown enough that someone will have a punt and pay half decent money for him. Can't see him wanting to play in the Championship next season or ripping it up like we did last time we were there!

Great player, wrong club, wrong league. France would suit him more.

One thing you can say about Adel is that he seems a very, very good natured fella. Watch him warm up- even when a sub at HT- and he's always smiling, laughing and joking. Seen no strops since Fulham away last season and this season hasn't been fun. Wish he could stay and play a part in a team, but don't think he will or can.

Don't want 11 of him, but when the biggest talent we have seen for years is sacrificed in order to play donkeys like those two, then watching us is nowhere near as good or exciting as it should be.

Managers know best though, as proven by the results they have achieved. :rage:

If he does go, then his contribution to our Championship winning season should never be forgotten. Not to mention how long he has been with us now and all the good times he has given us.

Good luck Adel. I hope your next club appreciates you. In the meantime, we can go back to having a situation where everybody is just bang average at best.
I doubted you as a person and a poster but I am not one to judge quickly and I have to say what an excellent post.

Infact the last few months you've really been on the ball and I've found myself agreeing with every word posted.

Harry Redknapp has never played to adel's strength and next season we will be a far poorer side without adel than with him, so I really hope harry surprises me, and get's in some much needed quality.

People who would rather see M'bia run around like a headless chicken have no clue about football.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Its the annual Adel I want to leave QPR statement. Usually he leaves it until the window is open but he's gone early this year. Amazed he has got off so lightly on this thread given the stick others have taken for the saying the same thing. Regardless of what he has done in the past for the club he is as guilty as the others of jumping ship

Good player without doubt but in my view good riddance if he gets off. Has been at QPR, what four years, and has only produced in one of those seasons and has done next to nothing for the last 24months. During those fours years he has spent much of the time saying he wants to leave

Player with great potential (at his age can we still refer to him as having potential) but we as QPR fans are guilty of hyping him up way beyond how good he actually is. Any offer of £4Mil+ and for me it is kaching time

Think what Townsend has done in his short time at QPR has done Adel no favours and shown just how average a player he has become for us

But he wasn't sacrificced to play BZ or Mbia they were picked to play in a role he doesn't play, yes he's better at what he does than what they do in their role . Those 2 donkeys would play if he was in the side or out of the side

                      The first defender certainly won't

To be away from QPRAdel Taarabt says he no longer thrive in QPR, and has no desire to follow the team into the championship.**Taarabt was the openness himself during tonight's sponsor event at Loftus Road, and was happy to shooting with fan club sent. But Moroccans said he did not thrive in the club. He was one of the first players who left the clubhouse. It says Moroccans to qpr.no tonight.Sponsor Events*QPR Scandinavia was present at the club's annual sponsorship event at Loftus Road on Tuesday evening, and got several interviews with the players. The most outspoken was Adel Taarabt.- QPRs fans have been fantastic, but I feel I have given what I can bring to the club. I have two seasons behind me in the Premier League, and because of relegation, I feel it is time to move on.Adel Taarabt joined QPR from Tottenham and was the main reason for promotion to the Premier League in 2011. 19 goals and a considerable number of assists was too much for opponents at level 2 in England.Lack of job satisfaction*In the Premier League there has been slow, both in terms of the lack of goals and tidvist weak game. Taarabt believes a lack of quality on the pitch is related to well-being.Taarabt says straight out that he did not have it so good in QPR.- There are new people, and I really thrive so well here longer. It's supposed to be happy, right, says Taarabt. What do you mean?Well, I am young and want to play games. In recent weeks I have not played that much. And if you play good football, must also be happy as a person, is the answer.Family Reasons*According Taarabt is so far no clubs that have expressed interest, but:- I want to basically play in the Premier League. At the same time I will be in a club where I am closer to my family in France. We have to wait and see what happens, says midfielder.
Oh well he is at it again with the same stuff others get slaughtered for. Having said that reading the above even he now accepts he is not as good as all his fans keep stating. Previously it's been Real Madrid, Manchester United, Barcelona and Arsenal now it's any Premier side or maybe France. Truth is the same as its always been no one wants him legend in his own mind!

QPR legend whether u like it or not

he was the reason we got promoted, and the way he has been treated has been a shambles to be honest. should have never lost the armband|!
