  • How to get rid of the underperformers?

As TF has already said he won't pay them the remainder of their wages to leave as they are the ones responsbile for our relegation, what options are available If they refuse wage cut to move anywhere or If nobody bid for them?

Is it possible to force them train with the youth team until they get bored and then ask to leave on mutual consent by tearing off their contract? Or perhaps send them on loan to reduce their cost?

    What are other options?

well, there is interest from florentina and real betis for granero

according to ric roc's source a turkish club have agreed a deal in princable for bosingwa

plus mbia and cisse have both stated that they dont want to stay so im sure there are other mugs out there who will take em.

then there is always ryan nelson in the mls who is interested in taking any rangers players that we want rid of.

there is much to be hopful about.
    nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

Dont worry QPR fans. There are many stupid clubs that will buy 'high profile named players' QPR were 1 of many. There's Russia, China, USA, Turkey, Italy, England, some teams in France etc. Honestly I really do think we won't have a problem shifting the likes of Granero, Cesar, Remy, Bosingwa, MBia, Hoilett, SWP, Cisse, Zamora, Park etc.

The likes of Bothroyd, Mackie, Faurlin, Diakite we would have a hard time offloading but thankfully we don't need to offload them.

As I said high profile players won't be short of options, their agents will kick in
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

We need a fresh start and need to start again... just hope it's like the last time we went up.

As soon as the season's over the players that HR is getting shot of should be told immediately. This will give their agents time to get other clubs for them. If some won't budge because of wage differences, then force them to play and train with the youth team or call them in to train at silly times. We should make it so incomfortable for them that they'll agree to go somewhere else. TF won't be paying them up either.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Most of them think they're too good for the Championship so they'll get their agents to find them a deal somewhere in a top division across Europe where some dozy club will take them on

There may be interest in those players you listed but we are paying them too much money. This means we have to either:

a.) Hope that the players will take a drop in salary.
b.) Subsidise their salary (we are still paying more than half of Barton's salary whilst he is on loan in France).
c.) Hope that a few agents can do a number on some other chairmen like they have with ours and convince them to pay what the players are asking.

QPR were stupid enough to take them on them wages, other teams will too imo

World Cup coming up next year. If they wont leave voluntarily they will if there not getting a game come January and the transfer window opens or there not going Brazil

Seems to me the club is going to keep these players and hope they prove all the doubters wrong and Harry wrong and many Loftus Road regulars wrong.

Because the only way to get rid of them is to eat the humble pie accept the club had its pants pulled down and pay them off and I don't detect any appetite for that coming out of the club.

Retaining these players will retain the results it is that bad imo even in the championship they will struggle to even get to mid table. Don't like to be so negative but if they are in the relegation zone come January don't say nobody predicted that because I think it is where the current squad will be.

I think we'll manage to shift a fair few of them.

                          - Bosingwa came on a "free" anyway, so it's not like we have to worry about recouping any kind of fee. I wouldn't be surprised if Ric's Turkey tip pans out one way or another.
                          - Park cost 2mil upfront with that possibly rising to 5mil, but I doubt it's anywhere near that. Considering we did get a fair whack of publicity from signing him (although I doubt the results have made us many fans) it's probably alright to let him go for a nominal amount. I'm sure there will be interest from abroad.
                          - Cesar will be in demand.
                          - Someone will probably take a punt on Hoilett and we might even be able to get a fee for him.
                          - Remy's a foregone conclusion.
                          - Granero we can probably shift to Spain or Italy. More suited to those leagues. Only problem is wages. We might have to take a bit of a hit either on the transfer fee or on paying him off.
                          - Sounds like there might be a way out with Cisse.
                          - Despite being pony, I think Mbia will leave. Probably back to France.
                          - Ferdinand, Johnson, Zamora are all going to be tricky to shift. I think at least two of the three we'll be stuck with. Contracts are up June next year at least.
                          - I have no idea about Diakite. Under contract until mid 2016. I still rate him, but suspect something is going on behind the scenes.
                          - Luke Young, again, god only knows. Under contract until mid 2014.

That clears out most of the rubbish. I think players like SWP and Bothroyd can still do a job in the Championship and probably have the right attitudes.

I forgot Samba. Don't know if we'll shift him. I still think he could be an important player for us in the Championship.

I think in a way going down has done us a favour, because the overpaid players also have big egos and don't won't to play in the championship.
