Yeah we deserve to go down no doubt about it, we have a squad laden with over paid s h I t that no one will want to take off our hands but the seasons over, time to move on and try and change things.

Personally I think he's getting excuses ready as always so if it does go pear shaped, again, next season he will blame others, again.
      Agree totally Dave.

I'm sick of the pre empted excuses. We all know we're in the **** and have issues, however he needs to keep his trap shut imo. It's clear for all to see he's making his excuses to try and redirect blame if it goes wrong again, but the main problem for me is by doing so he just gives the underperforming players an excuse also.

He's quality. Has the nuts to say exactly what we have all been saying for the last year or so. He's spot on about the current "team" as they would struggle in the Championship.

I think it would be fairer to judge him after the summer where he builds his own team and see what results they get.

I wish I had a job where your performance wasn't assessed until nearly a year after you started.

Although we had a really poor business model at the club. When you look at swansea, norwich and now watford they did it in 1 season. It took 4 years and the last 2 years have been poor.

Bottom line it is easy to now blame HR, but the truth is we had too many managers and too many players. It got out of control.

Harry now has 3 full months now to get rid of the rubbish (even if we partly subsidise wages), get his own players in and get it ingrained into their blood stream what is required and what is expected to get out of the Championship.
He knew we were poor when he took over and he believed he could improve us and get us out of trouble.
He DID NOT KNOW about the dressing room problems and ill feeling that existed.
This is a team game and EVERYONE has to be united in their mentality and attitude.
Unfortunately they weren't and he didn't know about this when he came in.
Let's give him the summer to do his business and we'll soon know within 10 games if we're on the right road.
Slagging him off is not a way forward.

                    Rose tinted specs.

If any manager couldnt get our squad to compete in the championship they should not be in the job. Even our "non 25" players this year are good enough to stand out in the championship, such as DJ scoring for fun on loan at Ipswich etc.

They are excuses, nothing more, nothing less.

Can't believe we're getting the first rumbles of "Redknapp out" myself. He took Tottenham to fourth place in the league last season, and as seems to rapidly be the case with our fans, whether it's about players or managers, he's all of a sudden not good enough for QPR.

I'm not saying we shout out him, or he's not good enough, but what annoys me is he tries to look for scapegoats of pass blame to everyone and anyone rather than accept some responsibility for his actions, ie some very dubious decisions with team selections / tactics at times.

Now he's already making excuses for next season... blimey, i thought he was meant to be a great motivator.... all he's doing now is giving the players an excuse also. He should be positive and expressing positivity to get in the players minds they should be better than the championship and whoever stays should be looking to win it.

I think Redknapp's mugging QPR off / going about things the wrong way.

I know it maybe criminal to #### Redknapp off but I'm really not happy with the guy at the moment
"We were poor today" You're the manager, you train the players
"We're going to pick a team to win against Newcastle" So why did you pick MBia & Bosingwa again then? Harriman & Derry are better/more stable & committed
"We haven't enough quality" Tony give me some money. We've got all the quality just not the commitment, drop the trash & use Faurlin, Derry, Hill, Mackie, Barton(bad move mugging him off even though it was Hughes to be fair). Onouha, Harriman. Norwich & other teams prove what commitment does for your team.
"Cesar's a top goalie" We've won 1 game with him all season, we've won 5 games with Rob Green (including cup games)
"We've got to be better" You've got to motivate better/select the correct players.
"It's not going to be easy next year" ( saying it in every interview ) compared to other teams it is easier actually Harry

& most importantly when he passes the buck with stupid things like "We need a knew pitch badly" Go home Harry, you're drunk.

Now I happen to like Harry & Joe Jordan a lot but I don't like excuses. The fault is with the manager bearing in mind the support he's had, his tactics, his team selections, his signings & to be frank I think he's made mistakes. It was a hard job for anyone & mistakes would be made but it depends on how many mistakes were made, not picking Bosingwa is not a hard job, not picking a goalie (Cesar) who's hot & cold, inconsistent & palming the ball down into the 6 six yard box & imo cost QPR their place in the Premier League when Aston Villa did route 1 & he didn't come for the ball like Green would of, not picking him isn't hard over an experienced PL goalie (Green) who's seen it all before, is loyal, who makes good strong saves & commands the box like a Premier League goalie should is not hard. Playing Onouha centre back who IMO is QPR's best defender is not hard, especially after his performance against Foolham & then he was dropped next game! Not playing Traore left back who is clearly a weak link & should be used higher up the pitch is not hard, not picking the worst clumsy footballer I've ever seen MBia at centre midfield is not hard, even more so when he's clearly a centre back, he's so clumsy that the foul against Wigan was obviously coming. SWP the worst touch a footballer in England has ever seen, his injury was a blessing & with luck it will be long term ( harsh but true )

It's easy in hindsight to say things but if you've followed me on twitter this season I've been saying all them points all season long, this relegation hurts me bad because it was bleeding obvious.

If you want good performances you'd pick a team LIKE
                            Green
                            Harriman Onouha Samba Hill(or Fabio)
                            Faurlin Derry Barton(Or Jenas)
                            Taarabt
                            Remy Mackie

Rant over. Please don't think I'm anti Redknapp because I'm not. However I do think Sir Neil Warnock is/was the right man for QPR & motivates players to know what it means to play for QPR(Stoke away is a CLASSIC example)

If you did read all of that, well done

                            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Harry is a good manager who will prove himself when (if) he gets his own players in. Apart from Remy and a couple of the loans they are a bunch of losers and best case scenario is they ALL **** off. With the sh1t he has to work with its a miracle we got 4 wins imo..... worst team of no hopers ive seen at rangers in my lifetime and thats down to Kia, Hughes and Fernandes..not Harry.
